Every USG organization is required to record attendance at events funded through the activity fee and to report that attendance the next business day after the event. There are two ways this can be done.
There is a paper attendance sheet form available in the USG Business office that you can use to have students sign in at your event. The completed sheets should be returned to the office after the event.
Event Pass and Check-In App
Through the Bengal Connect website, USG provides a way to record attendance using phones and tablets. It has two elements: individual students have a personal Event Pass and event organizers use the Check-In App to read and record the Event Passes.
