Caretaker must be a self-starter with excellent customer service skills to deal with customers and vendors. Applicant must have 2-5 years’ experience in property management. Position includes some weekends which is compensated with two days off during that week. On-site housing possible.
Caretaker’s Responsibilities:
Maintain physical property, buildings, and equipment
Supervise campers
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general repairs, grounds keeping, trail maintenance
Respond to emergency situations
Understanding of budgeting or Manage budget
Work with county health department and code enforcement officials to ensure all permits and codes remain in compliance.
