Events and Activities

From providing coffee and tea to commuters on an early semester morning to staging a big springfest concert there's something for everyone. Other things to look for: free movies, music parties, educational workshops, speakers, painting classes, craft nights, bingo (with great prizes!), karaoke, a chicken barbecue, carnival rides, and more. Watch the Bengal Connect website to see when these things are happeing!

A USG initiative resulted in a Morton Lane Bank Machine being installed in the Butler Library Study Quad where there it is accesible longer hours of the week than other bank machines on campus.
Any student with a suggestion for a campus service that USG might fund or advocate for is welcome to submit their idea to the USG officers for consideration.
The mandatory student activity fee also supports these services:

Students work with a staff of professional organizers, researchers, and advocates to fight for lower tuition, a cleaner environment, consumer protection, student rights, and social justice.
