The Judicial Council is a group of up to seven students unaffiliated with other branches of student government who are appointed to resolve conflicts and arbitrate disputes between the members of USG including the officers of USG, member organizations, individuals affiliated with those organizations, and undergraduate students at large.
Grievances and Hearings
Any undergraduate student or student organization at Buffalo State can file a grievance with the Council. Hearings and decisions are at the discretion of the Justices.
