All groups must check in at the camp office upon arrival.
Gates are locked at 10 pm; no one will be admitted after that time. Gates are reopened at 7 am.

All groups using the camp are required to read and sign the Whispering Pines Camp Agreement. To review the Agreement please click here to view or download a PDF [90kb].
All non-USG groups that use the Camp are mandated to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance. The minimum acceptable limits are $1,000,000 occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate and the United Students’ Government Service Group, must be named as an additional insured.
Visitors will be required to bring all of their own bedding, toiletries, and consumable food supplies. We have a short video that will inform you on what you'll need to bring with you (and what not to bring) when you spend time at Whispering Pines.
